I love that this company is all about helping other parts of the world but I am disappointed in how little they care about the people right here. I wish that employees had more of a voice here because I do like my job, it just needs a few adjustments.

My team is the most positive thing about working here. I don't understand the "culture" of this company. The people in upper management don't even know my name.

My team is always looking out for each other. We always have each other's backs and when someone has a question or concern, we can always come together and figure it out. The team I'm a part of is the best!

Giving annual raises, better sick time policies, more opportunities to grow without having to move to different departments, recognizing employees with more than just a $25 gift card, removing the floating holiday and allowing people to have holiday pay AND the day off like every other company does.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
Not enough pay. Constant policy changes and additional tasks with no compensation. I have been here 3 years now and I make the same while the cost of living has skyrocketed. I like the general aspect of my job but as time goes on, I am less and less excited to be here.
