I shouldn't have to be afraid of downtime. Due to the lack of mortgage loans being taken out, my job can be slow some days yet I'm terrified of being on my phone for any amount of time.

Since the company has laid off so many people, I have taken on more responsibility but haven't been compensated for the tasks that I've taken on. I am always on top of my job and tend to go above and beyond. Yet I haven't had a raise in almost 3 years. At some point, atta boys aren't going to cut it
