It is a decent job for this season, but its not a place I can be for more than the next couple of years - especially due to poor compensation

I love their flexibility when I need time off - its no questions asked, no reason necessary.

Increase compensation to wages that reflect current economic trends. Some employees seem to have been given second or third roles/jobs without compensating them for it or are held to unrealistic measures/goals/standards.

The culture of the workplace is not very good. Its also hard to be excited to work for the company when you're not getting standard cost of living increases and feel consistently undervalued

I have a masters degree education and am getting paid the same rate as employees with a high school diploma. The benefits are not good - we go with benefits from my spouse's employer.

I don't feel that I've been given the tools to succeed. Most of the goals set for me are unrealistic and I will fail them based off the amount of work given to me. People and teams work in solos, causing confusion for us and clients.

This year, despite getting fine reviews from my supervisor, I didn't even get a full cost of living increase. Every year I work here, I take a pay cut in that way. Its unsustainable to work here with low wages, poor benefits, and no increases in wages (even to match cost of living)

If I left for another company, I know I'd get more money for the same job I do. I don't get cost of living increases at all. The benefits are so poor we pay extra just to have our family on my spouse's insurance through her employer. Pay my worth, give cost of living raises, provide good benefit
