Compensation is well below market value as compared to other technology companies. Bringing compensation closer to market value would be very helpful.

When we are able to change the work lives of our clients. True change without the client having to jump through hoops to make it happen.

They truly do have an open door policy and have on several occasions met with potential customers to build that extra layer of trust between business leaders.

Always willing to help come up with ideas or different ways of thinking about a certain situation. It feels like they are in my corner rooting for me.

It seems that the company is working to make things better moving forward. There are many hiccups in the internal/backend sales process and support, but they are slowly smoothing them out. They place value on putting family first.

My Direct Manager is there to support me and get answers for things he does not know. He doesn't hesitate to jump into a situation as a 2nd voice or a voice of reason. I feel he genuinely cares about my well-being.

In a fully remote environment, it can be difficult to have a culture and environment at the workplace. They do a good job with weekly team meetings/monthly sales meetings, as well as "happy hours" to just get to know each other a bit better.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
My position is a true enterprise AE sales role, with 6-12 month long sales cycles. A higher base salary would go a long way in making me feel better about compensation, as the current base doesn't pay the bills while I'm working those long sales cycles.

The compensation is well under market value compared to other SaaS modeled companies. Only 33% of the team hits or comes close to hitting quota every month. For the amount of non-selling activities done throughout the day, the base salary simply is not at market value.
