I love working for Ministry Brands and being on a great team. I have to say that the new mission statement is disappointing. Extremely disappointed in the fact that the day after Thanksgiving was taken away from us as a company holiday. Shame on you for doing that! Dump legacy and unify!!

Overall, Ministry Brands is a great place to work. They need to work on more affordable benefits, better 401k match, try to get a little closer to national averages on salary, and stop taking away traditional holidays, ie. the day after Thanksgiving. The company is full of really great people.
