Starting out in Verifications was rough for me personally. But I pushed through for 2 years until a door opened up to work in Criminal and I've loved this department/position since. I've grown a lot, gained confidence, and become a hard worker in and outside of this company.

It was a bit rough for me starting in verifications for 2 years. But when I was given the opportunity to come to the criminal research department, I've grown to love this position and the work that I do. I feel more at peace, less stressed, and confident in my role.

I've enjoyed working here since I've moved departments. This new department that I'm in now has given me the opportunity to learn new things, and I am overall much happier in this position than I was a year or 2 ago.

They are always friendly and work hard.

They seem to care for those around them.

They are very hardworking, and they care about those around them.

I don't feel undervalued, but I would like to be making more than $19.25 an hour.

I think I'm valued in the work that I do, but I don't think I'm paid enough.

They're helpful and understanding. I know that I can come to them with questions regarding work and feel comfortable doing so.

They are easy going, fun, great to talk and work with. My coworkers make work a nice environment to be in.

My team tries to do fun things like birthday parties, potlucks, and get involved when the culture club sets up fun days or themed days.

Having a positive environment. I am not stressed out in the work environment that I'm in, and I truly appreciate the positivity and energy around me.

It's not an overall negative environment. I the position/department I transferred into, I learned to enjoy my work and how at peace I am in this position.

They are always so friendly and easy to talk to. We all get a long and care about each other's lives outside of work and I appreciate that.

My workers and boss bring a positive attitude to work. I appreciate that everyone is willing and wanting to get along to create a good atmosphere to work in.

I feel like I'm in a good position, it's something that I enjoy doing and learning, and the year that I've been in this department I've grown to love this department and the work that I get to do.

I'm most happy when I get my work done because that's when I know I pushed myself. But I also love the positivity and affirmation I receive from my boss/lead. I know I can ask questions without feeling judged and get positive and constructive feedback.

Having a non-toxic environment. I enjoy working with people who are positive and don't always have to look for the bad in things. Even though there are still some people here who are negative, there are more positive people on my team that outweighs the negative.

There's a handful of coworkers that I actually look forward to talking with. Some of my coworkers gossip, slander, and speak negatively about others or what's going on around them whether it's about work or home life, and I don't want to listen to that anymore.

We do have a positive culture, just some of the people are negative. But I do enjoy the times we talk about positive things and laugh. We have pot lucks, or sometimes someone will bring in food for everyone. Just little things like that is what makes the environment more positive.

I believe I work hard, I'm always on time, I'm efficient in my work, and I don't procrastinate on my tasks. Any time my boss or lead needs to me to do something I jump in on it right away and always ask questions when I need to. I believe I deserve a higher pay.
