Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I am hoping the Merit this year will be better than last and Ministry Brands takes the high cost of living into consideration this time. With the new 5$ order charge and cutting good workers out to give the work to a 3rd party, we should get better pay.

I feel that making 18 an hr with a college degree is low especially in today economy. 1 hour of work goes straight to just a sandwich meal at dinner. I understood the merit of .23 cents from last year bc I wasn't here a year. I'm hoping it will be better this yr.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel undervalued because everything is only getting more expensive and the wage/ merit is not reflective of that. I also feel that working a real job with a college degree shouldn't have the same pay as working at Costco. i feel that $20/hr is a fair starting point for an educated new employee.
