It needs to be reviewed so the company can be competitive with other companies. Although, certain departments have a great atmosphere, a candidate would turn down a position due to the pay and the lack of negotiation/flexibility that occurs.

Making communication between departments clear. What needs to be transferred and what does not need to be transferred. The pay structure needs to be looked at because in this economy people are struggling and cannot be expected to survive off of what they have been receiving.
