The people are nice and the products are of good quality and offer value to our clients. But Netscout leadership seems unable to keep up with changing client expectations and best practices to meet those expectations. We seem incapable of transforming into a modern IT business.

Most employees are unhappy with the return to office mandates. Flexibility was previously a "best part" but now its been significantly reduced.

Meaningful strategic planning. Year after year we roll out new "market strategies" but appear to have no accountability for the lackluster outcome of those strategies as the business limps along with minimal growth.
