It's the beginning of the end. Newer employees are not interested in anything except getting off work.

It's all negative reinforcement! My current administration in Toledo, Ohio is the poorest ever ensembled in the history of the RR, any RR.

Stop thinking about getting off duty, and play the hand you're dealt that particular day. Slow down and take your time. Also, do your own research.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Railroaders should be making wages reflective of the profits they make for their company. They make ever cent moving freight. No matter how poor the management, or culture, the one thing consistent is the team moving the freight.
