Take a little pride in the men out here working everyday and show them they are appreciated by giving them fair wages and benefits work more with us than against us

Well if they didn't treat the workers as numbers and the stock holders like they are the ones who deserve all the benefits for all the hard work the me do everyday on the track
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our team as a my everyday co-workers are great but the management and up are not fire us they are for themselves and the company not fire the men that make it all happen
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our leadership is not true leaders they want us to take whatever they say as is the right think to do weather it be about pay our benefits our safety or just whatever with any input from us
