What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to be more positive and rules violations need ne to be of a learning cirve for 1st time offenders not so severe.

I believe if management would treat employees better morale would be higher so people would enjoy being at work. Working together better would increase for the better. Niw no one wants to even be there.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
People are afford to make a mistake due to being pulled oit of service. This shouldn't be on everyones mind when they should be focusing on safety. Its hard to do when all you think about is making a mistake and getting fired
