It's been good for the couple of years but then there has been so much turnover that its not been enjoyable. I do more work now but don't get compensated so now I'm looking at other jobs.

Getting a good report from my coworkers. And interacting with my coworkers.

I like the teamwork and the mostly positive attitude even with staffing shortages.

Retaining employees, especially the ones who have been here for years. Listening to concerns and actually addressing them.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel undervalued because the people I train that don't have hospital experience get paid more than me after 5 years of being here. And when I ask HR about a raise they push it off to my manager and my manager says it's an HR issue. Which is frustating and which is why I'm looking at other jobs.
