
There is transparency with issues so I do feel involved.
Getting a good report from my coworkers. And interacting with my coworkers.
I like the teamwork and the mostly positive attitude even with staffing shortages.
Retaining employees, especially the ones who have been here for years. Listening to concerns and actually addressing them.
I feel undervalued because the people I train that don't have hospital experience get paid more than me after 5 years of being here. And when I ask HR about a raise they push it off to my manager and my manager says it's an HR issue. Which is frustating and which is why I'm looking at other jobs.
