Wish we had options to choose with different insurance company providers, pay raises need to be higher and Northside is not competitive with other hospital for non clinical.

Compensation Package shows how they value me, of course we all want more at the end of the day, but again I had leadership who saw my value and worth and I hope they will continue to. I do wish we had more Provider options for picking our Benefits plan.
