The company is going places, but it doesn't do a good job of taking care of all employees. Basically no perks, limited swag, and the usual offerings tech employees expect (amazing benefits, wellness benefits, wfh allowance, phone stipend, etc.) are non-existent.

Manny communicates regularly with employees and it's obvious he cares about us.

Retaining employees that have been with the company for 1+ years, paying equitably, communicating pay/equity strategy better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't know a single person on my team who got a pay increase coming to Outreach. The equity is also much less than what I would expect of a tech company our size.
