Too many meetings that don't move the needle. Too many leaders that aren't experienced enough to develop their team members.
Benefits are pretty standard....pay is good and bonuses are amazing because the company is back to being private....but the culture doesn't make the $ worth it.
They need to gain better alignment so that those lower down aren't confused on the company goal and work better together as a team of leaders instead of being focused on your own department's initiatives.
