It was a great place to work at first. But when steely rapier came to manage 411 it has fallen apart. Bc he dont care about accoubtability. He has cashiers that curse tge customers he does nothing about it. Now since i quit he is trying to kwep my vacation pay i earned.

Change the wholanageent staff from kitchen to subway to general manager. They are only concerned with there bonis. Could care less about anything else. This store is pitiful.

Growing up holding ppl accountable for what they say and do and learn how not to lie to the emloyees. The store is just to big for him. He cant handle it. Really he should be fired for his i dont care attitude.
