Pilot Flying J Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I guess it would be the compensation

It's affordable and allows me to see my doctor

401k from what I have read so far

Good place to work for

That i get to work with such a good staff and environment.

Weekly pay and health care insurance

It is all fair enough

Dont have one but its understandable

It offers everything that a company that values it's worker should..

The 401 K is nice to invest in. Also, the free gym membership and free daily food at work is very nice to have.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Dont have ons yet untill nexf enrollment

Best I have ever had

The PTO and 401k benefits

Profit and insurance is great

Cheap and decent healthcare package. Could use more time off.

Vision insurance is great and the life insurance

Benefits are premium, hands down.

Medical eye dental insurance all covered

Great benefits and all the extras you would expect from a large company.

Review from HR Dept

All the benefits and great health insurance!

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Poor 401k match for size of company

Corporate needs educated how to set priorities.

I think the more experience, should be more pay

I made about half of what smaller companies had offeered me for the same job with half the work load

Productivity was undercut by comanagement via verbal sabotoge, and suggesting usually subordinate employees take unusual insubordinate actions

Pay was undermining for the amount of work and security detail that all employees have to play a part of. Equipment never got fixed the first or third time causing more work to be done. 2 people crew on a 3rd shift crew and one with low mobility caused the female 20yr old to move truckers at 3am

Undervalued is an understatement, get nicer people.

Because my GM says that I will be alright and "handle it" when I get taken advantage of by him and others who do not work to their potential.

Bc a coworker whose favored in the deli and has less experience and screws up, comes in late constantly is paid 17 an hour, I went from 14 on second shift up to a crappy 15 when I went up to overnight shift lead

I feel like the employees are under valued . When a person goes above and beyond that person should be recnized.

There was a lot of talk about an inflation raise last year that never happened. Now I’ve gotten some pay bumps based on performance and my buying power is still less than when I start

Pay should be higher for working night shift

Not been supported at my work.

Pay what I am worth give opportunities for advancement

Being ackknowledged for my work

When you have worked at a company for over 8+ years and the company starts hiring at 2 or 3 less rhan what you make it's humiliating. I enjoy the free meal a day and my weight ahows that and tge discount on fuel is helpful

Review from Operations Dept

Either more hours v than 37.5 . Getting 300-400 a week is not enough to care for family with major bills

Needs new management and everything would be ok

Double the pay would be nice

Our pay for maintenance at the facility is not comparable to the work we do
