Not fire they good workers and take the bad ones out 491 store has employees that will call corporate and act like customers to get others fired if they don't like you

Teamwork and communication for everyone

Recognize people for there hard work.

corporate does care about anyone, just how to make the job harder.

Infoming the employers of the things that are going on and keeping postivity around the company

Prioritizing the validity of every employees concerns and emotions

Communication, complete training. Don't just hire someone and throw them in to work situations.

A full clean up of all upper management would possibly correct the wrongs of the store.

Communication with employees. Listen to the employees work problems to avoid negative reactions by them.
