What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Helping customers and meeting new faces

We are more then co workers were family

Some of the guests and some of my co workers

Coworkers are awesome I genuinely love the job besides management

It's highly energetic. We are encouraged to keep the music station flowing for our guest experience. I see repeat customers coming in each day and night. It is a really nice hang out for out stops or longer stays.

There is nothing positive about it absolutely nothing they do not have group meetings I don't have interactive involvement with positive displays and awards or anybody doing good thing they do nothing but gossip and complain fire and higher

The store management has our backs. They will go out of their way to helps us. They've bought food for hungry employees, housed our homeless employees, and incentivise us from their own pocket

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Communication and respecting each other

It is so simple treat people with kindness and respect.

At the Fontana location, communication and weekly meetings to discuss department and any issues that are not being addressed.

The customers need to stop being so rude

Management needs to jold themselves to the standards that they hold their workers to.

People need to stop being so rude and have better manners both coworkers and managers need to stop using foul language with one another and Coustemers are present .

You need to get a whole new team for start to 66 you you guys are literally going to going to find yourself in a very bad legal situation if you can continue to treat people the way you guys treat people you allow years managers to treat people I've never met my district manager and yet lots to say

Start with Corporate trainers....they need to realize theyre talking to real people....who have brains and dont need the negative comments or behavior to do a good job. I was so disgusted with the behavior of the trainers I worked with that if this is the best Corp. has...they need to do much better
