What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not fire they good workers and take the bad ones out 491 store has employees that will call corporate and act like customers to get others fired if they don't like you
Teamwork and communication for everyone
Recognize people for there hard work.
corporate does care about anyone, just how to make the job harder.
Infoming the employers of the things that are going on and keeping postivity around the company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good price good information thanks

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Adequate training n pay for what we do. We r the foundation of the company. Good workers need good pay to stay with company,we have families to feed n bills to pay too. I feel this wud decrease turnover of staff. Less turnover makes for a better team.

They all work together and have been pretty much the same for the two years I have worked in my store
There serious in this job everyday

They're friendly and fun to talk to
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication less drama thanks
Everyone is so burned out that no one cares.
Communication and respecting each other
My cowokers need to lean how to work together
A couple of select coworkers always take every chance they get to throw extra work onto Graveyard shift while also claiming we don't do anything.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We encourage each other to keep going day to day

Communication and respecting each other
It is so simple treat people with kindness and respect.
At the Fontana location, communication and weekly meetings to discuss department and any issues that are not being addressed.
The customers need to stop being so rude

Very easy, but not at all thurough
Better online access. Takes forever.
I'm not sure because he hires people that have been rehired and they end up leaving and I don't know I don't know what can improve that
Have only the department manger there instead of managers from other departments .

No refernce or background checks involved. No resumes needed. They have no knowkedge of background job experience on new hires. Extreme turnover.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being there for the customers needs, and the quality of the food I am helping to prepare

Pumps don't work,cards don't work at pump,showers down a lot. Interior falling apart n outdated. Potholes,uneven cement spot

Educate corporate to set priorities and not targeting those with handicap.
The company cares less about it's employees than it does about profit
This company needs to improve HR, GM to DM interactions and employee appreciation.
