I had my schedule mixed up that several interviews arriving at the pilot Court bleed before me that I was a day early but the general manager would be happy to see me in a few minutes and it saved my day cuz I had several interviews

Very easy, but not at all thurough

Better online access. Takes forever.

I'm not sure because he hires people that have been rehired and they end up leaving and I don't know I don't know what can improve that

No refernce or background checks involved. No resumes needed. They have no knowkedge of background job experience on new hires. Extreme turnover.

Put out paper applications not ervyone don't have to fide where your stuff on line

Maybe talk more about the company and work environment instead of yourself and the long lasting friendship you have with the manager

recently the company stated outsourcing candidates then send them to out store for an interview. making us look bad. when one comes in and says there here for an interview and you had no idea they where coming and did not plan on it. which happened to me twice now. embarrassing.

No interview was done i was told your hired the minute I walked in to check on the job

Include employees in filling out their paperwork so they understand they're selecting electronic W2's. I had no idea my manager selected that option and it's totally ruining filing my taxes.
