I had a good crew on seconds but overnights Noone would ever come in so u would have go stay or find someone to stay cuz Noone kn first shift ever picked up a shift

A couple of select coworkers always take every chance they get to throw extra work onto Graveyard shift while also claiming we don't do anything.

Quit the ill treatment and bullying and make management get involved
We have no meetings there is no co-worker meetings there's no incentives there's nothing that we do at that place that would help everyone get along everyone talks about each other they gossip and they're rude as can be
They just need to throw the entire crew away and try again

Working as a team is key and communication which we lack in both. We need to work together amd not push all the work into one shift who has the least amount of employees. Midnights only have 2 employees. First and second shift are fully staffed, yet nothing is getting done
Being better people giving others a chance cause I wasn't ever givin one I have always been quite and helpful I tried so hard to fit in with everyone's and instead I got the shit end of it all. I was accused of so much when it was them and I minded my own business
