What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Pumps don't work,cards don't work at pump,showers down a lot. Interior falling apart n outdated. Potholes,uneven cement spot

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Adequate training n pay for what we do. We r the foundation of the company. Good workers need good pay to stay with company,we have families to feed n bills to pay too. I feel this wud decrease turnover of staff. Less turnover makes for a better team.
