Raise the salary to industry or at the very least, labor standard.

Transparency. More innovation. Reduce layers. Way too managers and supervisors.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Be open on what is happening. Retired ineffective and obsolete (people and resources).
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Executive team is very cliquey. Good that they seem to promote from within. Downside is there isn't much innovation.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Upgrade skills. We have sharp team members but a lot of them are afraid to learn new things. Result is a lot of obsolete technology.
