What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compassion, communication, honoring schedule and work restrictions, not screaming and cussing at us, ignoring our questions and requests for help because they turn anything to a personal matter.

Management doesn't work with my availability, it's show up or that's it. They don't honor medical restrictions or train any of us properly/fully before expecting us to work on our own.

People assortment of food drinks supplies for customers and all employees I met are saints with customers they leave smiling
