It's been terrible in many ways.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't think of anything that's positive anymore.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were friendly, positive, and accepting.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication, teamwork, respect, and courtesy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compassion, communication, honoring schedule and work restrictions, not screaming and cussing at us, ignoring our questions and requests for help because they turn anything to a personal matter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management doesn't work with my availability, it's show up or that's it. They don't honor medical restrictions or train any of us properly/fully before expecting us to work on our own.
