Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If paid equally at the same level as my team members that are in the same position don't bring new ppl in making more than others

I would feel better valued if I was promoted or paid better I do every position in my job and only get 14$ and work up to 40-45 hours as a regular employee

TCGM isnt capable of doing his job let alone trying to learn anything other than his job. He sexually harassed women and theyve reported it. Nothing done. He never helps other employees with their jobs. In office on computer, on cell, walking around, just talking. Lines He sees and dont do anything.

We try hard to work together for the better ment of the guests and the community since we are in a very small town. We also become family.

Everything and anythin get all worried when the district person is showing up to the store

Majority of employees are quite lazy. Pick and choose what they want to do when it comes to their job. None help stock shelves/cooler especially TCGM who won't get help when asked. Stand around often talking, on phones or with boyfriend. Not much work gets done. Things not kept up on. No teamwork

Check with your store employees. A lot of them put up with unethical behavior because they need the money. But in the long run...Corp. Needs to pay attention save themselves bad publicity and law suits. Its going to happen. Check your stores more often.

Pay your employees fairly cover their premiums how about bonuses maybe birthday bonuses a bonus on Christmas saying Hey thanks for working so hard I know you're struggling but here's a bonus to help ya because without us you wouldn't have a company
