Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you have worked at a company for over 8+ years and the company starts hiring at 2 or 3 less rhan what you make it's humiliating. I enjoy the free meal a day and my weight ahows that and tge discount on fuel is helpful

It was done by 3 people who gave a shit, which they've all quit since then.

I had my schedule mixed up that several interviews arriving at the pilot Court bleed before me that I was a day early but the general manager would be happy to see me in a few minutes and it saved my day cuz I had several interviews

They told me i was overqualified and i agree but i needed a job and it was actually convenient for me to work their to help with my grandmother so close
