
Communicating with their employees and not showing favoritism
The customers you meet all kinds of walks of life there and they are really neat to talk to
Being more of a team and a family atmosphere not stabbing each other in the back communicating skills and job performance
When I started the management but it has changed hands two or three times so it's not near the same and it's no communication skills
I feel there's a lot of favoritism and special request and management could be on the level more without all the discrimination cuz they make differences in their employees
