UKG: Overall, I like it and want to remain working here. The mandated RTO initiative in my area is creating stress and uncertainty. My team has always been virtual. Having to RTO 3 days/week will most likely result in most of my team leaving UKG. I hope this doesn't happen.

National Grid: National Grid consists of vultures. Pettigrew grabs 5, 350K while old times freeze and can't handle the larcenous bills. Ukraine tragedy is of course a factor but the greed existed long before. DPU in each state approve the unconscionable rates. All executive salaries should be capped and regulated.
Best Buy: Service with tech agents who are knowledgeable
TopGolf: Topgolf has been a place for me to continue my career in leadership. It's provided new challenges and new perspectives. I've gained knowledge in new areas. I've also made some great friends at Topgolf as well.

TopGolf: i started out super excited to start this job and be around the enviroment and i loved the first couple weeks when the blue team was here and helping our managers out. But once they left i felt like we lost that connection and communication with our managers.

TopGolf: Overall i love most of the people here, but i feel like management thinks of me as a child because i work as a food runner. I was told that if we only hired 2 shift leads that i might not get it, but i have worked more hours in the time that i have been here than any other food runner.

Aimbridge Hospitality: I love the company values at Aimbridge. I would however like the top line leaders to try to walk in our shoes a bit more. So many directives and ideas coming out that are difficult to execute all at once in the real hotel world. Especially at select service brands with small staff.
CHRISTUS Health: The customer service in the billing department is non-existent. I have been dealing with an incorrect coding issue for over six months without resolution.

We had some leaders that were not making a difference and leaders who were amazing but overlooked. Aimbridge Hospitality: There are concerns on the direction of the company. Hotels have little to no support. VPs have 30+ hotels now. GMs are relied on to much while expected to run the hotels. People being promoted which are close friends and not based on loyalty and proven stats in the company.
Aimbridge Hospitality: After a decade with the company I have seen many changes and I am proud of the innovative ideas we had as a team and the growth we have accomplished.

The CEO's presentations provide a deeper understanding of the company, on a high level and with a positive focus. However, constant management changes create confusion and no benefit.

UKG: I was hired as a virtual employee, but unfortunately UKG has decided to only hire employees that are local to their offices (which there are many of). I've loved the supportiveness of my team and the opportunities to travel to see them.

RR Donnelley: A continual learning experience, however a small chance of upward movement.

Alfa Laval: Very hierarchical leadership style. Lacking structure, and delayed decisions.They should focus on creating structure , increase employee engagement and recognition.

Axis Bank: worst bank i ever came across for everything they are charging, no customer support and easy way to raise your complaint. karvenagar branch is horrible i saw many people comes with problem and no one is to help them.
Sodexo: Great company but management could be much better.
UKG: I was at a competitor prior to starting at UKG. I am so glad and grateful I made the switch. I don't feel a number here, have a great team, enjoy what I do, and know that what I do makes a difference. The negative, for me, is longer days & weekend work more often than I'd like.
LongHorn Steakhouse: Training their managers to handle employees better
Spectrum: I believe that the people you speak with to change or negotiate price are very pleasant, UNFORTUNATELY, they promise to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, LIE and say that service will remain the same, confirmation email re changes to service show a reduction of service for reduction of price.
TaskUs: So-so but I hope that the management check out the pointers I pointed out in the previous questionnaire.

Samsung Developers: Be team players, not individuals. The team environment was toxic and nasty. Everyone was looking out for themselves. Zero team work.
Talbots: Great manager in our store. Opsmanaher also great. Asst. Manager not so good. Love working with customers, don't love marketing g requirements imposed by headquarters.

Stop & Shop: I mostly enjoy it. The business is great. The expectations are beginning to be too much for everyone. The union associates are struggling and new hires do not care. Most do not show up.

UKG: At UKG I feel valued as a person, not just for what I can do. I am seen as a person, holistically, and am regularly checked in with to make sure I am okay. My work is valued, but more so I am valued as an person who is an asset to our organization.

Olive Garden: Coworkers consist of felons who are allowed to commit felonies/misdemeanors without concern from management or HR, over 50% employees non-English speaking, cussing at employees is accepted, and management will literally lie in order to get approval to fire you. Awful waste of time and traumatic.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas: Learn the Medicare guidelines and adhere to them instead of making up fake guidelines for patients to adhere to.
AIG: Recognition better compensation and up the moral
Spectrum: Tell customers accurate and true information. Your customer service representatives give information that is incorrect requiring repeated calls which result in further incorrect information requiring even further calls. Each call requires that I pay additional money. Smells like a bait and switch
Ineos: Focus on sustainability, Wellbeing and success.
UKG: I personally love the 401k company match!
Best Buy: my locations leadership is very understanding and will swap you in and out of roles to find what works for you
McDonald's: Communication and transparency and other aspects
