not happy to work with the company due to salary needs to be improved but staying with the company due to the team I have itself

working in TaskUS did not meet my expectation prior being hired. I thought that this company is a people first company but it is not it is more on management and account first than valuing agents concerns

everything about the management that only wants us to have additional workload, if you can't hire additional teammate much better to be compensate the agents fairly enough

providing WFH and competitive salary is they want us to work onsite as almost half of the monthly salary was being allotted just for transportation even we can perform our best on WFH setup

full onsite that was being implemented. I understand that onsite really needs but I think I rather think about how the agent can keep their KPI even working at home and those who are not performing can stay onsite

Because of the additional workload that was being given to us then limiting the leaves and having a NTE once I leaved on a certain date which we cannot see the future if there sill be an emergency. I want to be reevaluated about the work and the salary that was being given to us
