He "punishes" us by not scheduling us, threatens to write us up if we forget to mention a promo, threatens to fire us if we give a guest one of the back's takout boxes, makes dishwashers cook on a dishwasher salary, throws condiments at us when hes stressed,etc
Lego Group: The uniqueness of their products with the experience
Uber: I have been able to grow and learn. Uber Freight has a education spend and it has helped me to seek new opporuntities. In my time here I have been promoted twice and have moved from an ops facing role to a tech facing role. This was possible because of continuous learning efforts.
Waste Connections: Simply put, Life changing. I was blessed to find Waste Connections early in my career and I've had the most incredible experience the past 11 years. WCN has figured out the key to success, it's people...and they invest heavily in them for all the right reasons, it sets us apart from the rest.
LVMH: Good quality and good price range
Merck: Great- experience. Need to adjust to the times we sre in. Flexibility in working and enabling decisions are critical.

Kia America: own up to their engineering flaws and fully reimburse their customers who suffer financially due to poor vehicle engine designs.
Td Bank: Slow to change, US operations are not diverse at all
Genesis Healthcare: They could improve the dietary, they never send enough food and we are denied snack food and soda, dishes are usually dirty and we have to rewash them
S.C. Johnson: Affordability and quality. I especially appreciate and am impressed by the scents of SCJ's soap and cleaning brands, such as Method and Mrs. Meyer's.
LongHorn Steakhouse: Alot if work busy non stop one guy serving 100s of people non stop

Boston Consulting Group: Compensation is fair and transparent. Base pay is standard across cohorts and bonus calculations are made explicit.
TJX Companies : It has its ups& downs like any other place but i luv working there

Gilead Sciences: Work environment is aggressive. My ideas have been stolen by some coworkers and direct managment didnt serme to care or may r encouragwd it.
Verizon: At one point it was a great company but at this point the goal to increase revenue by layoffs and subversive ways of limiting bonuses, while maintaining some of the highest executive salaries in the industry has hurt the overall experience.

Dollar Tree: Cheapest wages, No appreciation for employees. For such a $$$$ hungry company, they are terrible to managers and employees.

Waste Connections: I have had an amazing time over the past three years working with Waste Connections. They have taken me to wonderful places, connected me with great people, and have helped me grow into a well rounded and confident adult. I am blessed to have been given this opportunity.
Stanford University: Over all experience was good. I have heard from colleagues who have joined Stanford pre pandemic said the actual orientation was amazing (gifts and nice lunch offered at the orientation). I wish Stanford would extend the same offer to employees who joined during pandemic.
Waste Connections: Great company to work for that has helped advance my career and made me stronger both professionally and personally.

Little Caesar's: I work at a franchise store. Never enough staff, no real training, no benifits, most of the time managers can't get a break because no staff to relieve them, not even free food when you have to work open to close with no break because people call off.

Dollar Tree: I used to enjoy going to work but once I became an ASM, that's when things started to change. Personally, I don't like the environment I'm in due to the amount of gossip and petty talk that happens there.. it almost feels toxic to be honest.

Jack in the Box: Terrible. I am 18 years old working part time at Jack in the Box only get 4-8 hours a WEEK.
Sears Home Services: Made my appointment several weeks ago. Service person came to work on unclogging the dryer vent. He did not wear a face covering. He left after a few minutes saying he needed to get parts. He never returned. I was told by the office "You can always make an appointment with another company."

Lumen (formerly CenturyLink): CenturyLink (LUMEN) needs to seriously re-evaluate its customer service model. Today we spent over three hours on the phone (disconnected twice), spoke to 13 different customer service representatives, and still, we did not get our problem resolved. Pathetic!
The GIANT Company: Keeping the shelves stocked with the weekly add specials. At the New Cumberland location it is always a problem.
Nissan: We are all in the same boat and we know it.

Working for an agent, I feel a little disconnected from Allstate as a whole... not really a part of the company, just someone who sells and services policies on behalf of the company. Not really familiar with the CEO at all.
Adobe: The best part of Adobe is its size and ability to provide amazing perks, benefits and programs. The worst part of Adobe is also its size and the accompanying bureaucracy and tendency to move slowly.

Clean Harbors: I am an intern and work only 20 hours so they were really flexible. My supervisor and co-workers are super nice too!
Dollar Tree: My biggest complaint is that as an ASM I am hourly but am often required to work through my unpaid lunch break. I have expressed on several occasionals that I feel it is unethical and that I am uncomfortable doing so, but nothing changes.

Premium Retail Services: If you work for client services or corporate your opportunities to advance and be promoted are high. If you work as a field rep you will stay a field rep. There is no guaranteed upward mobility opportunities for field reps to go to managment. It is rare and unlikely.
