Lithia Motors: Working at Lithia HQ was a bizarre experience. Managers seem to have insufficient technical skills and nepotism seems to be the main hiring tool. For example there is a financial analyst coordinator that manages data scientists. This makes no sense whatsoever and is due to nepotism.

T-Mobile: Incredible company customer obsessed at all times.
Kaiser Permanente: KP prioritizes senority over decancy and respect especially when it comes to newcomers. If you come in not knowing anyone, you are treated as an outsider. People that have worked at KP for a long time should be held at a higher standard but they get away with just about anything.
NTT DATA: Experience has been good in the past, but currently it is my opinion that everything is being mismanaged. the management has no strategy in place for attrition and no control over delivery. We cannot continue this way for lock.
Roche: Positive. Great culture of respect and support from colleagues and managers who are careful not to overload the employees.

AutoZone: Horrible work ethic from management. When trying to file a complaint to the district manager or human resource they're constantly putting off talking with you and never follow up. They will often side with the manager at fault instead of backing the employee with a legitimate complaint.

KMart: Fix IT issues so loyal long standing customers can place online orders without long standing problems - 3 month now. No help just palmed off to another phone number that doesn't answer or help. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Camping World: I would have to say my overall experience is good. I have difficulty understanding how some people in positions of "authority" are allowed to bend or even break the company's rules and policies with no repercussions.
Marriott: Proffesionalism and customer service. I recently had a wedding at the marriot and despite the high cost, the experience was not up to the standards of what I have come to expect from one of the biggest chains in the world. I felt disrespected and forgotten about. I am not happy.

Raising Cane's: Cane's is a mixed bag. Higher ups give many holidays off and do cool things for the crew. But hours are long and my managers don't give breaks unless we close, because my state doesn't require them. GM micromanages and doesn't follow standards. Walgreens: for past 3 years its not that exciting to come to work. they have given us so much more work to do, which is GREAT, Its a blessing to have work to do, but Not more pay. It feels like they are just squeezing us for more work, energy, and its mentally draining, and for the pay its just not worth it.

DIRECTV: Wait times, returning calls, not hiking bill OVER & OVER when no new/improved services are requested/given. AUTOMATICALLY compensating for times/days when DTV is not working (no value for $). No more bait & switch (your rate was a special lasting 6 months, but oops, your it's back to the "old" one).

They refused to cover it under the protection plan because seams and frays arent covered and refused under the warranty because it wasnt delivered this way. There solution is to send me fabric.

State Farm Insurance: Everything no one gets back to you. Call wait time is a few hours. Been waiting a month for repairs to my car and still waiting! Asked for Manger to call and agent and nothing! So much for thier customer service. I've never had this trouble with other insurance claims with other companies!
Ardent Health Services: I've been able to be internally promoted which has been a positive. I really think Ardent has some great things going for it but is falling short in key areas. There need to be improvements to make employees' lives easier. Sometimes I feel like all Ardent leadership is concerned about is profit.

There are a lot of levels of leaders but not enough guidance. A lot of chiefs and the Indians are stuck working the load without help

Harbor Freight Tools: our store is very short staffed so every day I dread coming in cause I know that the next 4-8 hours are going to be crazy cause I'm the only employee there running the registers, answering the phone, stocking the shelves and assisting customers.
