Delta Air Lines: Once great corporate culture now beset with arrogance
Honeywell: Company culture is built on scare tactics, and you constantly have to look over your shoulder. If everyone on a team is doing their job, someone still has to be put on a performance improvement plan. They don't care about employees, just their stock market.

VCA: I most value the accessibility of locations
Southwest Airlines: They offer affordable air fairs and have good customer service. I am researching the airline because of a paper for college. I love Herb Kelleher's philosophy and he put his heart and soul of leadership into this company. Hopefully, SWA and its new leaders keep that in mind. No MASKS!
Belk: Started off pretty good but after being there well over three years making $9 is not acceptable especially when new people come in at 12. Managers talk down to everyone and always threaten to fire everyone. Very unhappy work place

VXI Global Solutions: The employee of the vxi especially our trainer is very approachable and knowledgeable enough to train us.
DSW: They have all the best brands.
Kaiser Permanente: We are always short staffed. Middle mangers recieve bonuses to stay under budget. They do this by waiting to replace vacancies and never replace for vacations, days off or sick time. Even if these are pre scheduled days off. We routinly work overtime because we don't have enough staff to backfill.

ProMedica: There are to many times the ball gets dropped and the patient suffers. I like their consistency of implementing policies but they do not adhere to management. There is no one that monitors management or supervisors. Not sure how we got Forbes number 1 company because the benefits are not good.

Sears Home Services: They cancelled my repair service twice after waiting all day for the technician to arrive!! I had to take time off from work both days and they now rescheduled me another two weeks out!!! They are HORRIBLE and you can't get a manager or supervisor on the telephone!!

Sears Home Services: Sears,sells appliance warranties, but sent inexperience technician, broke our refrigerator/freezer, on phone for 3 hours and still no appointment to repair our refrigerator/freezer.
CSL: The culture is great. Teams are working together to achieve great.

CarMax: Its very comprehensive however, its very expensive in comparison to other well equipped plans.

Bath & Body Works: Fire that lazy SLT. Interview all the associates and leadership team to hear the problem and doing something about it. The company is slow to fix problems or address the culture of the store when slt are calling complaining about that associates. All they care about is making the month.
Jacobs: Good so far, I cannot complain
GE Healthcare: Very Optimistic about career advancement
TJ Maxx: Awful. They mess with your hours and money no matter how good of a worker you are.
Sedgwick: They are terrible and not responsive

Siemens: This company is heavily senority and favortitism based. The only people who get promotions are family. Those who are not qualified to lead people are leading because of senority.

TIAA: Get things right the first time. I worked at TIAA for over 35 years and my experience in getting "correct" benefit payments has been disappointing. I have had 4 separate times where monthly benefits amounts are incoreect. The internal controls are didmal and need to be corrected.
Change Healthcare: The RCM software known as Assurance.

IHOP: Terrible. The Ihop located in Dayton,Ohio is by far the worse place i have ever worked. Their managers are horrible and run the store poorly

Discount Tire: Excellent customer service. Are not in a hurry and answer your questions professionally. Helpful in deciding on what tires will fill your needs. Easy to get tires repaired and or replaced under their road hazard policy.. Life time balance and rotation is as big plus.
The Kraft Heinz Company: Our plant is so short staffed every day that EVERY person on all 3 shifts are getting forced to work 12 hour days for 12 days straight. Hr reports that we are fine on staffing. Employees are either forced to work the over time or they are given points. Long term employees have found other jobs!
Sonic Drive-In: Manager was lazy and didnt care, Let lower managers take reigns and yell at people
Tesla: time managament and punctuality, it is the bets
Food lion: Hire better people to do the job
Apple: Impressive growth and the princeple of doing what is right.
FedEx: Underpaid operation manger/ no double time nor any bonuses for amount of work we "should" actually be doing.
KFC: Good and wonderful...fried chiis best
Trader Joe's: Unique and original foods that are not your traditional grocery store.
Sears Home Services: Their texhnicians lying about coming to a customers house when they didn't show up
Marco's Pizza: Its a comfortable envirorment besides the horrible managment

The Kraft Heinz Company: We get forced to work over time daily for 12 consecutive days straight. If you do not work, they will penalize you with points. The hr manager says we have plenty of staffing but we absolutely do not! This place is killing their employees. We have lost multiple long term people due to forced OT!

GE Renewable Energy: GE is a good company and despite all the stress I'm proud to work in this company, but lately I'm feeling that GE is losing its essence about motivation at work.
TaskUs: The company exceeded my expectations so far. Beside to not having an annual income increase which is very common to other BPO company nowadays.

Spectrum: Stop the lies, do the job right, and get the job done.
Advance Auto Parts: As a part time employee, I get shit pay. 10.25 an hour in high dollar living conditions where rent takes almost an entire check. Beyond my basic counter duties I have had to do multiple price changes by myself [taken up to 5 out of my 6 hour work shift] and planograms by myself as well.

Catholic Health Initiatives: Great company pre-merger, post merger there is a lot of chaos with VPs and CISOs wuiting priorities turn on a dime. Compensation is far worse than a public company, but we tend to buy multiple versions of the same tool so you can get experience you wouldnt get st a notmal company

KMart: Lack of leadership, No empathy, Managers don't care about you, You're a number. The management hierarchy is political with an ugly culture. I intend to change that.
Centene Corporation: Inept leadership. Did major layoffs and hired new staff when they claimed there were redundancies. Nepotism as well. One director hired all friends and people they dated.
TaskUs: Its good but strict. Task Us overall is a nice place. A better salary would be better. The campaigns however are another thing entirely. Different companies and callcenters. make it a bad experience but over all its good
