State Farm Insurance: Pension is only great for long term employees. It’s geared to be beneficial with 30+ years service. Not good for employees coming from different companies with tenure, or for young people who have no idea if they could be laid off. Higher 401k would be better.

Gymboree: Owners not sufficient present at the site
Panera Bread: Good people fun yo be with

Come on you hired me to run quality parts. Come in run my part and go home. These people need to know to operate as a team we have all new people .

FedEx: Some phases are very difficult for one person to manage and others are dangerous if someone isn’t paying attention .

FedEx: When it's routine, it's great. When things don't go to plan it's awful. 1/5 days of the week are routine.

Cracker Barrel: To-go system is trash. Servers should not be in charge of it during rush hours. Often the employees hired are lazy and low quality. We are always running out of food by the end of the night. Get better management and have higher requirements for who can get hired.
