I have worked here for almost 11 years. It has has it's ups and downs. As a barista more ups, and as a shift supervisor more downs. I hope the disconnect between supervisors and upper management will be mended one day so no one has to go through what I went through.

When all the daily tasks from the other shifts are completed so I am only responsible for my shift tasks and am not playing catch up for the first hour or two of my work day.
