I don't think anything really needs to change right now to make company culture better. Starbucks is doing a wonderful job right now in making the culture better for partners and customers.

Trying to save on labor costs is the root of the majority of problems on a store level. We would achieve so much more if we were given the means to support the demands

More staffing during peak periods. Do not think to change the deployment and get the same results. Have more understanding when we can not meet our goals. Do not threaten your partners with write ups and just help them out.

More staffing and more time to get things done. Or even just having a full time assistant manager to help with tasks would be nice. Don't expect to get your shift supervisors to get things done.

Create a positive work environment. Hold people accountable. Focus on teamwork , repair broken equipment. Tired of bandaids on all the equipment. Starbucks is making huge profits, invest in yourself!
