Customers make me the most happy at work. I chose to work at Starbucks because of the people. I love people and that is what the core of Starbucks is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the leadership team at Starbucks because they always seem to have people at heart. Whether it be their partners or their customers Starbucks always seems to do what is right.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I don't think anything really needs to change right now to make company culture better. Starbucks is doing a wonderful job right now in making the culture better for partners and customers.
