Absolutely horrible . I'll never work for Starbucks, or buy any of their products again. I was harassed, bullied, and talked down to by management and only ever made enough money to barely pay the bills. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. This company is going down the drain and becoming the Arby's of Coffee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Way too much work for minimum wage, next to no tips, management promote based on personal preference.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to go home with the tiny paycheck I made and be away from those terrible people for at least another 12 hours.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have a district manager interview them first, then a manager and an assistant or shift supervisor do a second interview, with any of them having the power of veto.
