We're all encouraged to be our authentic selves and to have fun at work, so it's easy to have a good time on a shift (assuming you exclude the customers). There's not that many partners at most stores (~25-30) so you get to know people well.

I liked that I had two managers at my interview.

My manager did ask me several questions about my work experience, but they weren't too hard or crazy. When I was promoted the interview was a lot tougher and I was in front of two store managers and the district manager, which was stressful.

We are underpaid, understaffed, and not cared about. A free subscription to some meditation app does not make up for the mental and verbal abuse we get from customers daily, the ridiculous standards we are required to adhere to, and the day to day stresses of this job.
