It was wonderful at first, but then the company started caring more about money and "drive thru times" than their employees. Our hours are cut, our staffing is cut, and we are expected to behave the same and produce the same product/experience as if we had more staffing.

We all work together to stay sane, with the heavy demands of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I personally make my shifts fun, but a lot of it is based on mutual stress management because of the corporate abuse.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are underpaid, understaffed, and not cared about. A free subscription to some meditation app does not make up for the mental and verbal abuse we get from customers daily, the ridiculous standards we are required to adhere to, and the day to day stresses of this job.
