What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to make personal connections with customers and coworkers!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership at store level try very hard to maintain a positive environment, but it is hard when corporate expects the world from low-wage hourly workers while continuously cutting labor and expecting no shortfalls.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It's based on the STAR technique (situation, task, action, result). If you have any problem solving skills, the interviewer should be able to guide you toward an appropriate answer. Easy if you've had any positive customer service experiences.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Better than most fast food companies, in general. Corporate has unrealistic expectations, but if you are able to not take it "personally" and have a good team, you can make it work. Making genuine connections with coworkers and customers is wonderful.
