Understanding that night crew can NOT properly serve customers, clean the entire store, and clean up after earlier shifts with a skeleton crew and still expect to get out on time. Also, why am I only getting part-time benefits when I'm working full-time hours more often than not?

Better training for managers. Some are to harsh, some are too apathetic, and they all seem to have a problem with scheduling. Might be that they don't have enough time, since there only seems to be 1 manager per store.

Get rid of the 'just say yes' policy. It's creating a customer base that we don't want to help. Stop rewarding bad customer behavior. Don't just look at the crunch numbers. Listen to us and take our concerns and complaints into account when making decisions.

Being over-scheduled, and not having a set schedule for weeks out. It could be fixed with more employees and the manager prioritizing keeping her store running.

Store manager, and shift managers show favoritism to certain employees. Everyone is not held to the same standards and when these things are brought up to the store manager it doesn’t change and the store manager doesn’t follow up on it.
