What makes you most happy at work?
Making money is the reason I'm there. The co workers help me get through the day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Kind people, we work together. The store is always crowded and we are always under staffed which makes workdays stressful. The people really help though.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The store manager is very competent, and so are the shift managers. She keeps the store running well. However, we are always short staffed and crowded.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work together well, are all very helpful to new baristas, support eachother, and are good employees. Super cool people in general. My store manager really focuses on hiring people she thinks work well with others.
