I have a great time with most of the team and have already been promotes within 6 months of hire. The upper management has no interaction with the store but will provide a negative impact on your career if they desire. Management promotion appears to be based off of how long and network not merit.

The team works together despite the failures of the manager. Often the team corrects the manager's mistakes. The team will always support each other as needs arise.

I know the cuts the company is taking and how much effort I am putting into the work. They do not allow raises for most employees which leads to certain employees doing the majority of the work and not being compensated appropriately for the work.
