You get a free drink when you interview.

Starbucks is pretty committed to improving the quality of people's days.

Most of my coworkers are easy to get along with and take suggestions well.

Starbucks does try to emphasize positive reinforcement and coaching so that people improve, rather than just pointing out things that are wrong.

It makes me happy when people notice my work. I am pretty good at all the barista positions, and I pride myself on being really effective at cleaning.

I don't make a living wage. While it's nice that they give us stocks, and we have free Headspace and Spotify, I have to work a second part-time job on top of being full time at Starbucks, and live off of food that's being thrown away in order to make ends meet.
