
So far so good, However processes are too bureaucratic and slow. support teams work against each other. For example there is no transparancy on TAT for IT support, you have follow up multiple time and no response

There should be more flexibility to manage the fbp. Their is no payroll system
They all have fresh and out of the box ideas and are committed to department goals
When I see tasks moving forward. When action owners proactively come forward and get things done
Needs to be proactive & aggressive. Hire for future and train its people on new technologies. Push people out of their comfort zone
Leadership should encourage ownership, proactiveness especially in support organization like IT, Procurement, HR. A culture of let's find solution and how we can change things around.
