I've been there for over 10 years. While the first 8 were good, the last 2 have just been demotivating

I have been here for over a decade and the company culture has declined. People are working for the sake of working rather then working becasuse they enjoy it. A culture change needs to be dropped from senior management urgently or the negativity will never change.
