
One thing which I really admire and appreciate is the candor of the leadership team. Second, the way they understand people's requirements and take them along is inspiring.
The best thing is that they all are homegrown talents and they are doing a fantastic job for STARTEK and themselves. The avg tenure of my leadership team is of more than 10 years.
I don't feel undervalued at all. From a compensation perspective, although all of my managers current and previous were very supportive and did their best. However, I believe compensation needs to be looked into and revised in line with current market standards or at least somewhere near them.
